Sun Peaks' only reflexologist, Sunzen Foot Reflexology, offers mobile foot reflexology therapy throughout the Sun Peaks region. Foot reflexology therapy is based on the theory that the nerve endings or reflexes in the feet and lower legs are connected to corresponding parts of the body, with 72 different reflex points in the feet. Foot reflexology can prevent and aid in healing a large array of illnesses and conditions.
Foot reflexology therapy uses gentle application of pressure and stimulation techniques to massage the foot and its 72 reflex points in each foot thus breaking down the deposits in the reflex points and restoring the body's self-healing potential.
