Guest Services:
Despite trying your best to prepare for the unexpected, things can happen and guest may have questions or require assistance during their stay (dead batteries in the key pad due to cold temperatures and guests can’t get in, the wifi is not working etc.) we have all been there. Our on mountain support team has been well trained to assist guests to insure that they’re stay run as smoothly as possible. No matter how big or small our highly trained team will insure that they are there for your unit and it’s guests when you can’t be.
Bylaws:
Every owner that rents short term in Sun Peaks is required to have a On Mountain Support contact that can be at your unit within 15 minutes as is required by the Sun Peaks bylaw officer (if a on mountain contact is not their in 15 minutes an automatic $250.00 fine will be issued. As Sun Peaks locals ourselves we guarantee that a member of our team will be at your unit in the event that a bylaw call is received within the allotted 15 minutes.
